REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all products and services purchased through https://toldosinttrade.co.za.

1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed and contract signed, it becomes final unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. No Refund for Bulk Export

Because Toldos Int Trade deals in industrial bulk exports (Used Cooking Oils):

❌ No refunds will be issued once the supply contract is signed or products are shipped.

Products are non-returnable once dispatched to the shipping port.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

• Shipping error caused by the Company

• Product quality below agreed specification (verified by 3rd party inspector)

In such cases, you must:
✔ Report within 48 hours of delivery
✔ Provide inspection reports and images
✔ Provide shipping documentation

4. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved under the laws of South Africa. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith.
